1.1. Our membership is designed for boutique and specialty store owners seeking data-driven marketing insights and community engagement.
1.2. To become a member, you must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
1.3. We reserve the right to accept or reject membership applications at our sole discretion without providing a reason.
1.4. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and ensuring that their account is not accessed by unauthorized persons.
1.5. Access to various features of our community and services may be determined by the subscription plan selected. Some content may be exclusive to premium members.
2. Subscription & Payment Terms
2.1. Subscription Fee: Our membership operates on a subscription basis with a recurring charge of $39 per month unless otherwise specified.
2.2. Billing Cycle: Payments are processed automatically every month on the same date as your initial registration. The billing cycle continues unless the membership is canceled.
2.3. Free Trial & Cancellation Policy: You are eligible for a 7-day free trial, during which you may cancel your subscription without incurring any charges. If you do not cancel within this trial period, the full monthly fee will be automatically charged.
2.4. Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods as made available during checkout. Members must ensure that their payment information is up to date to prevent service interruptions.
2.5. Failed Payments: If a payment attempt fails, we will notify you and attempt to process the payment again. If payment remains unsuccessful, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership until the outstanding balance is cleared.
2.6. Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be issued once a payment has been successfully processed, except in cases where required by law.
3. Community Conduct & Guidelines
3.1. Respectful Engagement: We encourage open discussions but require members to engage with others respectfully and professionally.
3.2. Prohibited Behavior: Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, personal attacks, threats, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
3.3. Spam & Self-Promotion: Unsolicited promotions, excessive self-promotion, spamming, or unauthorized solicitation of members is strictly prohibited.
3.4. Confidentiality: Members should respect the confidentiality of information shared within the community. Private discussions, strategies, and insights should not be disclosed outside the platform.
3.5. Enforcement: Violating these community guidelines may result in a warning, suspension, or termination of membership without a refund.
4. Data Privacy & Competitor Protection
4.1. Data Protection Measures: We implement strict security measures to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data and insights shared within the community.
4.2. Customization Options: You may opt to hide posts from specific users or groups if you wish to limit visibility within the community.
4.3. Confidentiality Assurance: We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent.
4.4. Prohibited Activities: Members are strictly prohibited from copying, scraping, redistributing, or sharing proprietary content outside of the community.
4.5. Liability Disclaimer: While we take security seriously, we are not liable for unauthorized data breaches beyond our reasonable control.
5. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
5.1. Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create and share within the community. However, by posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content within the platform.
5.2. Prohibited Use: Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of another member's content without permission is strictly forbidden.
5.3. Company Property: Our proprietary content, including branding, materials, and unique data insights, may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
5.4. Enforcement: Violations of intellectual property rights may result in legal action and immediate account suspension.
6. Cancellations & Termination
6.1. Voluntary Cancellation: You may cancel your membership anytime via your account settings. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
6.2. Access Upon Cancellation: After cancellation, you will retain access to premium content and features until the end of your current billing cycle, after which access will be revoked.
6.3. No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations occurring mid-billing cycle.
6.4. Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. Terminated accounts due to violations will not be eligible for refunds.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. No Guarantees: We provide our Services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
7.2. Business Risks: We are not responsible for any business losses, missed opportunities, or indirect damages that may arise from the use of our Services.
7.3. Marketing Outcomes: While we provide valuable insights, results will vary based on execution, market conditions, and other external factors beyond our control.
8. Changes to Terms & Services

8.2. Acceptance of Changes: Continued use of the Services after the updates take effect signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
8.3. Opting Out: If you disagree with any updates, you must discontinue your membership and cease using our Services.
